Delete account

Introduction

We're sorry to see you go, but thank you so much for giving Birdero or Bird ID a try!

For your security, account deletions must be initiated from within the app. You can delete it there. This ensures that only the true account owner can perform this action.

We are unable to process deletion requests via email to protect the privacy and security of our users.

From Birdero app
Instructions (make sure your have a stable internet connection)

- Open the Birdero app on your device/phone
- Click the 'profile' tab in the bottom navigation
- Click the 'Edit Profile' button (Can also be found in the settings page)
- Scroll down and click on the red text button 'Delete account'
- Follow the instructions on the dialog and click 'delete'

From Bird ID app
Instructions (make sure your have a stable internet connection)

- Open the Bird ID app on your device/phone
- Click the Settings icon (Cogwheel) on the top right corner
- Click the 'Delete account' button
- Follow the instructions on the dialog and click 'delete'
