Delete account

Introduction

We're sorry to see you go, but thank you so much for giving Birdero a try!

For your security, account deletions must be initiated from within the Birdero app. This ensures that only the true account owner can perform this action.

We are unable to process deletion requests via email to protect the privacy and security of our users.

Instructions (make sure your have a stable internet connection)

- Open the Birdero app on your device/phone
- Click the 'profile' tab in the bottom navigation
- Click the 'Edit Profile' button (Can also be found in the settings page)
- Scroll down and click on the red text button 'Delete account'
- Follow the instructions on the dialog and click 'delete'
